I went to the Smokies and ate steak and potatoes. Dad and
Nathaniel caught fish. I found my favorite place in the world! We had a lot of
fish get off.
We saw five snakes. One was flat on the road. One I almost
stepped on. I was hopping off of a rock, and when I was about to step on the
snake it hopped into the water. That scared me…a lot. I was walking on the
shore and one of the snakes swam next to me. Two were in the water swimming.
They weren’t together, but we saw two in the water.
Nathaniel played on The Pickin’ Porch. I found one of the
weirdest dulcimers in the whole world…I think it is. The Clemmers had a two-person
dulcimer. They played it during the Pickin’ Porch.
